Hoorrrraaaahhh...NOW its a good looking 6100gram weightin , ready to face the enemy lasgun of the guard....I´m very satisfied with the result. For the stock I test a glaze to darken the wood( a little wet on the pic, the glossy effect was gone half an hour later). The paint for the metal parts are a special protection paint used by the railway.
No, sorry, but the rifle is done witout any plans or blueprints..freestyle Only with pics from the minis, I use only the old M36 we had built as a type of reference to the pics.. And yes, ankle grinder, and a gas protection welding equipment..what is a brigdeport, did´nt know this name for a tool?
Ahh..ok, but for a milling machine is not really need, a drilling machine as bigger table version or a free standing version is enough. A lathe is usefull too. Ankle grinder and welding equipment are the main tools..
No, no milling, its all home done(I´ve no milling machine )...I use only ankle grinder, lathe, table based drilling machine and the gas protection welding. The main body is welded with 2-2.5mm steel sheets.

A Bridgeport is a milling machine.
is the main body of the gun milled out of soiled block? and if so how thick did it start?
looking over the other pictures of the gun gave some great hints.
hope I can get it right.
